our Service Process

At Khushi Industries, we follow a well-defined and compliant process to ensure every HDPE and MS drum we recondition is safe, reusable, and environmentally friendly. Here’s how we work:

Procurement of Used Drums

We collect used HDPE and MS drums from verified industrial sources across Gujarat. All incoming drums are carefully checked for compatibility and safety before entering our plant.

Pre-Wash Inspection & Sorting

Each drum is:
* Inspected for damage or leakage
* Categorized by type, size, and prior usage
* Stored in a covered area to avoid environmental contamination

4-Stage Automatic Washing

Drums are cleaned using our fully automatic washing system:
1. Initial Rinse
2. Hot Water Wash
3. Caustic/Bleach Wash
4. Final Fresh Water Rinse

Drying & Quality Check

After washing, drums are dried and undergo a thorough visual and leak-proof inspection to ensure:
* No odor or residue remains
* No damage or rust is present
* Drum is ready for reuse

Labeling & Compliance Marking

Each drum is marked and We also offer custom label options to match your branding. All processes strictly follow ISO 9001:2015 standards and GPCB regulations.

Resale & Dispatch

Cleaned drums are stacked in a hygienic storage area and are then sold to various industries for reuse in non-food applications like:
